Ensenada doesnt have rail service -isnt that what we determined? so that will be a large negative to those using containers. Ensenada does get some containers but for loads bound for local Ensenada region so rail service not needed for those loads. But Oakland is specifically set  up for rail service as well as trucks w its intermodal system.
