I repeat once again - just because share have ended their restriction does not mean they have been dumped into the float. I know of at least 25 million shares that have come off restriction but haven't even been deposited with a broker yet. These shares, probably along with many others that came off restriction, could still be "dumped" at any time. The fact that they haven't suggests that the holders are in no hurry to sell.
