If you mean the brokers, I think some are just weaning themselves off of some tiers of OTC's.  I already have been curtailed on anything with a CE, etc.  Greys, too, perhaps, but I'm not 100% sure because I only put the order in after we tanked to try and get some cheap shares before we run again.  It just may not pay them to handle all the volume.  Looking at E-Trade.  $KMAG
