Yes I received mine , after PVEC straightening out why my name wasn't on the NOBO list and they did a great job answering my questions and assisting me in getting it right, my certs arrived exactly when Martha said they would (Mid July I think),, I am sure you will get your certs,, hang in there they are working on getting this done the correct way.
