Wouldn't it be nice if someone could buy the 38,100 shares between .0250 - .0251 and then we'd move up to .0265 on the ask.  Seeing how things usually operate, the VNDM 10,000 shares is more than likely 100-200K and they're only showing 10K.  Hate these f***ers!
