I agree. I *think* RXNB acquired 24.5% of site 2, not the full 49%. The omission in the quarterly leads me to believe this was planned in advance to sell two 24.5% equity/ownership stakes.
Bill Swalm at IR is a very pleasant person to talk to. I used to call him weekly. Frankly, he isnt able to divulge much. You're left deciphering what he says in an ambiguous way.
I also think we will get more answers with the merger, but it's very shitty for the company to release a partial picture of what we own. I have no issues saying that if the BOD was less credible, I would have sold for a loss in June. At this point, I just want to know what I own. It's like the Hemp Tech acquisition that was secretly not acquired after we had PRs saying it was done. We only found that out via quarterly too. Not good. Just for emphasis, the renegotiation went through and FITX did acquire 51% of Hemp Tech when all was said and done.
Speak or shut up. Winks, nods and partial stories are not good for investor confidence. It looks very shifty. I *hope* this merger puts and end to it all.
