There is a lot there and you have to know the industry to understand what is going on. It is not a simple task as issuing a PO and then pay when it comes in on COD basis or if you have established credit, on terms!! I have over a dozen years experience in this industry from my prior employers!!!!
We are talking huge sums of funds in buying and in selling!!! We have developed a great business model and we have investors that have bought into it. From beginning to end, there are procedures which must be followed!! Unfortunately, there is Confidentiality Agreements that have been signed which we cannot disclose the name of the supplier or the buyers or the price we pay or sell for. Attached is SLB_1A for clarification and the rules have to be followed!! Results will eventually show up in our Q's and K's when and if they happen!!!
