IMHO when reschedule appears imminent in the U.S. big pharma will want to get in on the action. If you can't beat them buy them. This is when we will see serious money on the table. If Canada goes Rec. the U.S. will be under pressure to not get too far behind. I'm hoping the pres. uses exec order to help the Dems in the16 elections. If not It may be 2020. It is unavoidable.
