Well said! Math is logical and historical buy/sell price points caused by human emotional reaction to the markets can be plotted via a "chart". As you implied the PS and OTC has much manipulation and lower volume than the big boards so the math will have much more noise to overcome. Though with enough TECO volume and a long enough sustained trend with sustained volume, the price points can be plotted via charts and giving chart followers many of the indicators available.
On another note; some TECO shareholders have a hard time with the emotional roller coaster. It might even effect their health! The comments about cool are out of line! If someone doesn't believe in stock analysis then just say so. There are millions of stock analysts and chartists. Why would someone insult an individual just because they charted TECO. RSI looking good at 57. MACD looking decent as well. Chart below:
