The company will release the news whenever it is ready, but it should include clear information about the Share Structure if we want this discussion to end for good. The market also needs to know what those other opportunities or other avenues that the company keeps referring to as a reason for putting TA on hold and delaying other plans for those opportunites that the company preferes to use its money for.
