While Seaam is busy spreading his doom and gloom with his predictable negative nancy attitude, I would submit that this action could be indicative of some additional "cleaning up of the books", so to speak. Apart from Peter, Milan and the accountants, no one - and I mean NO ONE, including David Turner - has any idea as to what the books currently look like. There could be a substantial amount of money available to PVEI that's being used to clean up these lawsuits, or there may not be anything at all. Just some food for thought.
