Honestly I do not really care if $BKEN is green today or Monday or whatever. I care about oil deals that produce revenues being delivered. The share price will take care of itself after they deliver and start reporting their revenues and profits in 10Ks and 10Qs to the SEC. Remember, they reported in a PR that they hired an auditor so I am looking forward to seeing the Form 10 filed with audited financials this year as they had promised.
