In fact, that is one of the reasons I took this assistant position is because one of the problems with not having one on board is that tensions rise, and then get out of control. Now everyone can ease up a little and concentrate on the investment, and not outside B/S.
There are many very smart and strong people here and it is a great board that will only get better, with all of us helping each other. Not just the Mods, or assistant Mods. This is OURS.
