There were over 95 companies that received their Notice of Effectiveness for September 11th. The SEC continues to be busy. VitaCig's paperwork should be near the top of the stack and soon be receiving news on their Notice of Effectiveness. The 10-Q will be coming out soon too. There is a lot in the pipeline and now we as long investors get to sit back, relax and enjoy the weekend.
