My thoughts exactly! 
Some keep bitching about Margrit, while noone actually knows what she actually did to accomplish a successful reorganisation or how much of her own money she put into it to turn the company around in 2009/2010. I bet she made some true sacrifices.
The things they achieved over the last 4 years are amazing. Time flies in business and some things just take more time than initially thought.
As you said, I think she's focused proving herself to her shareholders and the rest of the world. The company learned from their previous mistakes.
I'm interested to see if maybe she bought even more shares over the past quarter. She's buying common shares and alignes herself therefore with her shareholders. These shares can be considered as a buyback, to show her confidence imo.
Big things in the making imo. The next several weeks should be fun.
