they couldnt get it to move past .0007 so probably will move on for sometime
if sirg can get going somehow thats great -i was just extremely disappointed by the strong arm tactics employed by the money boys in this new type of financing-not only stealing from longs longterm via usury but also capturing de facto operational control and almost 1/2 the profits
in essence a jv ownership agreement -and i've seen money boy jv's cause nothing but trouble and years of lawsuits
btw when i said 13m is more than we were led to believe it would take to get sirg going i was referring to sirg -not lmcat
including the possible pr'd tolling agreements and other possible methods to start revenue without refurbishing the entire plant 1st - and i know what lmcat said about rizzo and cdm needing to be paid as raising the total
but just seemed high to me if the 13m just referred to refurbishing the existing plant as implied by redrock
