Not crap. What I posted is factual. I don't appreciate being called an asshole by those too damn lazy to actually go and find out facts for themselves. Soft basher, what a joke. These guys are too worried about sounding like experts and adopting the jargon rather than taking the time out to determine certain facts as they are. The simple fact, as I posted before, is expectations were created which had no basis in fact. So someone posts they think council will give approval next when in FACT there is no way that is going to happen until the process runs its course.
Some investors will grow weary of expectations not being filled and perhaps sell and that is not right. Just as some might buy on bull shit, that is not right either. Or those who like to criticise and call stupid anyone holding this stock, they are just as bad. So when I see those comments I try to set the record straight. Unfortunately the truth is processes must be followed, in this case the zoning amendments and any subsequent site specific requests for amendments - those are facts - and when some say they are not, they do so not because they know but because they don't want to bother checking it out. I hate seeing investors get frustrated with delays when the information put out there was not factual so there is not a delay, it was not a real possibility to begin with. And there have been many of those. Expectations are created when they are falsehoods. That is not fair.
