You are asking for too much. Not even the CEO knows that answer (or would admit to any of those scores).
Suffice it to say, today's PR means a lot more than anyone is giving it credit for.
Yes....it is a sign that Baltia is still moving forward, but signing a contract for a company to handle the loading and unloading of your plane......why would anyone do such a thing?
LOL........it means to me that Baltia is getting ready to conduct business....or at a minimum.....to conduct proving flights.
If they are going to "prove" themselves, part of the task should be the cargo - the loading and unloading of the plane in a timely mannner - and since Baltia is allowed to carry cargo on the proving flights (to help offset the cost of the fuel), this contract was a necessary step in the right direction.............and keep in mind that proving flights are a Phase III item.
Slowly but surely, we are getting closer and closer.
Sooner or later, the pps is going to "realize" where it should be and start catching up with all of these monumental achievements..........
