Jim not only a member of management who calls himself a shareholder, but he also received 2,000,000 FITX shares in July of 2013 for "services". He was a former director of WEED and still sits on the board of the group, and is a shareholder and manager of FITX.

What is sad is instead of being filmed in Lakeshore with at Jim's studio, Batman is being filmed in Detroit instead. To think all of the jobs that movie would have brought, and activity that does not require federal approval or inspection. Such a shame the supportive town officials turned him down, twice.
