Of course the locals knew what was going on, so did the town officials, and they knew wha the buildig was for. Mr. Salmons in a letter stated they became concerned about certain statements being made implying approval when the town had not received an application.

This is going to happen gentlemen, make no mistake. The town will approve their application once it is processed, HC will approve their application for a license, no ifs and or buts. It is the time line horizons that have shifted from created expectations given last spring to frustration today by some. How much more clear can that be?
