It's obvious that the 24m shares shorted needs to be covered so shorts are manipulating big time today on $OREX and similar situation on $EXEL.
According to http://www.shortsqueeze.com $OREX shorts have shorted 24% of the float and have only 7 days left to cover. And with $EXEL there is 49m shares short or 27.6% of the float and 27.6 days left for shorts to cover.
