Please correct me if I am wrong, but, I thought that it has already been made legal, but, will take about a year to actually get on the 'books', with the change to the constitution. I believe that is what I read about 2 months ago. Does anyone have further info on this. I did not save that article, but, I am pretty sure I can find it again if needed.
