Thanks for sharing that with us. The only issue I see with the amendments is the easement.
I have never been there, but, from the pictures I have seen, it does not appear that site 1 meets the 100 yards from the road clause.
Don't know how big of an issue that is, but, I hope none at all.
Since the building was given permission to be built by the township to begin with, and they knew the intent of the facility, I would hope this facility would be Grandfathered in.
