I understand. No problem. Based on your posts from earlier today I would tend to think we could be in for good news next Tuesday, so a declining share price confused me. Theatrically speaking however, when a company offers treasury shares for sale at a discount, presuming they are restricted shares, would that effect the share price negatively? Would they be shooting for a low strike price based on todays close? Just curious. Thanks, Morts
