coffee12, it could easily go to a penny with any positive news such as a major stage of the up-listing process being completed... 3+ cents when up-listing occurs and 5+ cents or higher when a merger completed... JMHO
GDSM has over $800K in current liabilities, zero assets and continues to spend money it doesn't have but sells shares to cover.
Their A/S is about to go over 2 BILLION causing massive dilution potential and a loss of shareholder value.
.03 a share on an up listing (doubt it will happen) with over 2,000,000,000 A/S would value GDSM at an insane $60,000,000 for nothing!
NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
