I coached minor hockey for 8 years because none of the parents wanted to step up. Occasionally I'd get one of the parents try to tell me how to coach, who to play more etc. and I always had the same response 'great idea, why don't you lace up and come out to a practice so we can talk further'. They never did.

Any position that is done by a volunteer should be considered a gift to the rest of us who don't. I am of the opinion that this board is fine and the input is very useful from the majority.

The issue here is we have had no news from the company and folks are restless. Soon all this talk will be a distant memory and instead the most discussed topic will be the colour choices for our Lamborghini's
