Everyone must remember that no one on this board, or any other is going to save or kill Treaty. Though the negatives do not help. Nor does excessive pumping.

It's up to Treaty, plus we need, as Cool puts it " Institutional Investors " ( correct me if I'm wrong ).  Treaty seems to be trying to do there part, but it takes time to attract the right investors.
