Hey Sunnybank, I apologize for not responding to your last post. We are in two stocks together so I like to get back to you asap. If what I'm speculating is true and if any R/M is structured correctly and the DTCC is required to account for every legitimate share then broker/dealers will pay whatever we force them to take the PPS to.
Let's say nobody sells at the time they panic for shares. They will elevate the ask to $1 if needed to entice us from our shares in order to cover their illegal short positions.
