When I see a company do 2 reverse splits since taking over the ticker , see below. If I was a basher , all i would have to do is run around and scream Scam all day long , imo it is but most are in the OTC
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split Pay date=03/28/2008.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split. Pay date=03/31/2011.
and then see numerous splits with the others before and the peeps not changing, Those are things I use to determine how these are going to trade , and so far , right on par. Remember folks , same players , but they just change out the private company when the last one plays out
