I didnt know they had the BLM permit - the EA was good-no red flags- but they never posted a BLM permit-
I thought that national politician-who said business was evil- saw the tv doc myself- and who had their previously issued permit withdrawn Aug 2012 and had been blocking issuance -was still blocking
since it was the main permit roadblock due to politics, obtaining of such should be a material event which an SEC reporting co is required to report-but SIRG never reported its issuance and the dd posted here never showed a signed permit
no reason to block such except politics
dont know how much dd redrock did- or if they understand the politics behind blm's political appointees- most dont- if they have any brains they wouldnt enter into this without the blm permit - but they could just be looking at what should've been a slam dunk for the permit- but hasnt been - in fact the previously issued permit was WITHDRAWN-BIZARRE- without understanding the political game
