I would definitely not settle with these perp Defendants....they have caused to much grief and pain over the years, and now need to pay the piper, and besides, discovery and a jury trial would cost a ton which they are all having to pay out of their own personal pockets.
No settlement would be good---there is nothing to settle.....it is TMMI's intellectual property for heavens sake!!!! Let them sign an agreement to unconditionally stop infringing on the company's software and nothing less!!!
As I did state previously, IMHO the company has money sitting on the sidelines waiting to come into the game----BIG investors that like what they see with the Raytheon partnership, and can be in this for the long haul. IMHO 10MM would not be difficult to raise, and I wouldn't worry about dilution---that problem is easily solved!!! The first contract will be the biggie and just watch the stock price!!
