It is a perfectly "constructed" cup and handle. "Contrived" could be substituted for "constructed" .
I expect news will soon "confirm" the validity of the cup and handle. The intent of the construction of the pattern is to encourage "trading". By and large most shareholders are investors so, in my opinion, there will be limited success achieved by those hoping to shake loose a large number of shares held by shareholders.
