- 4,000,000 shares of Series E WERE CONVERTED to 60,000,000 shares of common and dumped into the O/S and purchased by GDSM suckers!
Since every quarter GDSM has been sellng 25M shares to pay down their $500K+ debt obligation (aka toxic dilution as GDSM shareholders are stuck with this debt) the A/S will need to be raised before the end of the quarter!
And then Marc will be able to dump those converted Series E shares at will.
Of course the announcement of the LOI from AUMY to IGMR to buy their claims must have thrown a wrench in his plans.
GDSM has NO ASSETS - NO REVENUES - Debt obligations of over $800 and will need to increase their A/S to over 2 BILLION shares.
