even though that pumper group had been working hard on ihub
if funding is actually confirmed -maybe months away- pps could rise substantially-though not as much as it would without the harsh financing terms- but nobody knows how long that will be
and the biggest non-money roadblock --the blm permit- blocked by politics -has to be obtained before funding would have any utility
and it would be nice to have SIRG weigh in on this
