I surmise that once the formal investigation hits the fan, the sites will be suspended until completion.
They're running out of "available leadership." And that's an issue. No Apel, Benz has been MIA, you NEVER hear from Choo, Mayor's been silent, and we all know where Hipple's at.
The volume tells the story. There is none. I'm sure if the offers that we've read of the millions of shares to buy were raised (or actually existed), we'd see them cross the tape.
This won't be as crazy as SRGE or CMDX was, but it could get close.
