Possible, but GC has explicitly stated a spin off of the diagnostics division including Nuropro. I still think that would serve itself better as a separate business entity as it is much different business than the therapeutics division. I could see the therapeutics and Phenoguard division under the same roof with Phenoguard discovering new molecules for the therapeutics division.
