I think you are confusing a director on the board with a department director. Could have been a director of engineering, director of sales and marketing, director of investor relations, director of human resources etc etc etc. Look at how many employees left just before and after the reverse split, go back and reread the posts during that time, some mentioned the names. The link provided does not show an exact name because its anonymous. The term Director should have been specified that would have saved a lot of time. But as many people who have left in the last couple of years, could have easily been one of them.
