Re: Daveludlow #5883
Dave we've known eachother for some time and have communicated amicably on and off the thread - that said, in the past, I too have had my fair share of posts complaining about the ill wanted effects of additional dilution, inclusive of the effects commencing in Jan., 2013, when they took the AS count from 250-Mil. to the 1-Bil. If I remember correctly, the same issue of anti-take over measures and posion pill protections were employed then as well.
All said, I have been mum on dilution for a while now, as I felt we were on the cusp of a solid LymPro JV Agreement with a large BP, and had additionally provided upfront payment estimates of $35-Mil. - 50-Mil., as well as corresponding FMV ranges from $350-Mil. = $0.48 pps to $500-Mil. = $0.68 pps.
Apparently, the LymPro JV Agreement has either not happened on the timeline that I / you / we were expecting, or it has been pushed back for a larger test study sampling and/or 12 week CLIA completion. Eitherway, we will not know for sure until it is announced.
Still holding - still a believer - however, IMHO we are owed a free ride back to $0.195 pps for our 07/31 UN Summit C4CT misfortunes.
All the Best, JP
