Warp- I completely agree with you. Folks need to remember that we are voting for a additional "authorized shares" Shares outstanding is currently in the high 700's. In other words, when we vote yes, we are not going to experience share dilution immediately, shares outstanding will still be in the high 700's. Only when there is a spinoff would the share count rise greatly, but only to be an equal number for the diagnostic company and therapeutics company.

I definitely don't think Gerald needs shares so he can raise funds. We have enough to fund operations through 2016, plus the Lincoln park cash. So for the love of all things, can we not worry so much about the "Authorized" share count rising. This will benefit us! Maybe I'm wrong?

Dave- I think you bring a lot of value and will not try to be your psychologist on this board. You are entitled to say what you want. You speak with passion and emotion. You do great DD. I have no issues with you at all. You're one of the reasons I'm in this company. That said, you and I and everyone else on this board know that a ton of good things are right around the corner.
