Again Dave, no one is disputing the additional shares being proposed. We all understand, I believe, what the implications of an additional 1 billion shares could possibly mean. Are you saying that every poster/investor here doesn't get it? Are you insulting their intelligence or what?? I believe that you can, without hesitation, ask any one of the longs here...the ones that have been here with AMBS for 2+/- years who understand what's going on here, but we all understand that there is a much discussed "spin-off" of a diagnostic and therapeutic division and the reasons for doing so is. Do you grasp what direction GC and Co. want to go??? The reasons for avoiding a possible hostile take-over? I've been given no reason to doubt the direction yet, I would announce it if I did! Please feel free to add one more post rather than making it your "last post"....
