We have a shareholder meeting in 13 days where major decisions about the company are being made. I'm sorry longboardsurfer if my bringing up the billion additional shares and potential future dilution is a buzz kill for you.
Right now AMBS is at a crossroads in many ways. Management is making major decisions that will effect us dramatically. As shareholders with votes we have a responsibility to remain informed and keep a watchful eye on management, not just give them a free pass on everything because we think they're wonderful.
Message boards are to discuss weighty issues, the kinds of issues I have and will keep bringing up. If my posts are not informative, put me on ignore, dude.
