- My nevers are just fine, but because it's obvious that you need comforting; Try researching Secrutiy Blankets,Transition Objects and Binkies. There are studies showing it isn't shameful to need such objects as adults when feeling uneasy or scared. Assuming you are an adult, which I personal have doubts on that.
