Let me fill you in with some general info from the web site. I do know the Company is in some kin of dispute with the former CEO and he is also one of the largest share holders as he indicates in a recent letter. A Hedge fund apparently owns more than him and formed a committee that took over all executive level decisions. That is the reason, In my opinion, he resigned.

They are going to re-state 3 years of financials and they blamed the Former management team for this. The former CEO states in a letter linked below, It was their Audit committee that okay'd them. LOL.

I think what we are witnessing here is a hostile take over in the infantile stages In my honest opinion. I hope the info belowe helps you out. Any more questions I will be happy to help. I have every link and DD source available and saved for this baby.
