I agree with your assessment, but this PR seems to indicate that EPA is under the umbrella that TGGI purchased.http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=62821921 I think TGGI might reveal something about this in the next PR. This could certainly be a spin off for BCAP to assist with the IPO. BCAP
