I agree with you here. The title is misleading since the only real issue right now is the issuance of license (plus not being able to grow product, which is directly related to license). Otherwise the article shared a few positive facts about FITX such as the 25 acres for hemp production, the acquisition of Hemp Tech, and the AB quote (not sure if pro or con) stating we will be very profitable if we produce even a quarter of what has been reported.

Anyways, doesn't really change anything. It will be interesting to see what the meeting today yields!
