to be covered .. some how .. some way

this could get very interesting on top of the other anticipated material events

i hadn't realized the time line had been extended .. because i have yet
to read the dox .. but penny pointed out that it had been pushed out
to the day of the sec complaint .. (1.4.12) .. which means there are
that many more *trades* eligible .. and imo the time line here going
forward is superb

120 days >> 4 months >> hmmmm
