T-Bird Pharma (Thunderbird), one of the licensed LPs in Canada, begins trading tomorrow on the TSX Venture with the symbol TPI.
There are 55mm shares fully diluted, and the company very recently raised capital by selling shares at .40 (with 1/2 warrant at .80)
The company is very small - just 535 lbs on their license. Shipments to begin next month. 3200 sq. ft. facility in BC. Targeting premium product - $10 per gram. Forecasting $10mm in sales in 2016.
This is a tough call, but I would expect that this will trade between $30mm and $45mm - this works out to .55-.82. In that range, I view the stock as expensive and view Tweed, OrganiGram and Bedrocan as better options.
HELL, WHAT ABOUT FITX ??? This guy is something else ...
