Altos de Lipangue Diamond Drilling Contract Signed by AURYN Mining Chile, SpA

Dear Medinah Shareholders:
AURYN Mining Chile, SpA has informed Medinah Mining Chile management that they have signed a Diamond Drilling Contract with A. C. Perforaciones LTDA of Chile. Machinery and equipment will be dispatched by the contractor to the Altos de Lipangue claims by September 22, 2014. The contract calls for the immediate commencement of first stage drilling that targets the initial 8,000 meter program.
AURYN Mining Chile, SpA will provide drilling core results to Medinah Mining Chile with regularity. The drilling and assay report results will also be communicated as received.
Medinah management is also pleased to announce that each of the parties to the Joint Venture Mining Option Agreement, AURYN Mining Chile, SpA and Medinah Mining Chile, have complied with all contractual provisions thus negating the issue of a $3,000,000 fine for non-compliance.
