For this just to happen is complete disrespect to all shareholders that invested into company. Most companies will file a PRE 14C to let shareholders know what is going on. Then 20 days after Pre 14C they file a DEF 14C and that is when RS takes effect. Our down fall was when this company jumped into bed with the ex-con CEO from HEMP. JB you have become one of my best buddies on the trading board chat line and I know you and Breezy and so many more who were here long before me still want to believe in this company. I cant no more.
