It is about as bad as the fluff PR's these company's put out using words like , Intend , Letter of intent , we should be , and Bs like that , follow the trading rules of these OTC stinkies and make your money , if you buy in and are wrong , dont add to a loosing position , you are already a moron for buying it the first time way up there
